We held our second round of negotiations with Medical Center administration this week. Yesterday, we passed a second series of non-economic proposals for our new contract, including proposals to improve the process for work scheduling and address attendance. We also received responses from administration to many of our non-economic proposals from the first negotiating session.

Today, our team spent the day reviewing management’s responses and preparing our counterproposals.

We continue negotiations next week and hope to have a similarly productive session.
